Outsource CFO was established in 2016 by Rob Brint after many years of experience working as a Financial Controller and CFO in both corporates and SMEs across multiple industries, including entertainment, education, telecommunications, construction, allied health and marketing.
Rob developed a virtual CFO service for small to medium sized businesses that could not justify a permanent or full time CFO but could benefit from both tactical and strategic financial planning in order to achieve their financial goals.

A Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent with a Certificate of Public Practice, big four training and over twenty years domestic and international financial management experience with proven business improvement skills, commercial acumen and leadership capability, developed across multiple industries.
Rob is solution-orientated and focussed on solving problems in a systematic and organised manner with a strong emphasis on analytical processes. He has managed and led teams and provided decision making and strategic input.
In addition to his technical skills, he is experienced in business process improvement including cost reduction, restructures and system implementations as well as managing large projects and a large number of stakeholders. He also has significant experience in capital planning, capital management, change management and transformation.
His finance software experience includes Oracle ERP, Oracle Business Intelligence, Sage ERP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Xero, MYOB, Fathom, Blackline, TM1, Jedox, Chris21, Pronto and multiple expense management systems, including Promaster and Concur.
